1. Welcome and scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChichBot, its Discord commands and interactive features, ChichControl (its web administration dashboard), and supported connections to the ChichFarm Discord community and ChickFarm Minecraft server (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, or by authorizing ChichBot for a Discord server, you agree to these Terms where legally permitted. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or authorize the bot.

ChichBot is independently operated by the operator named above. Discord, Microsoft, Mojang, and Minecraft are third-party platforms or trademarks; ChichBot is not presented as officially endorsed by them. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their separate terms, community standards, and privacy policies.

2. Eligibility

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement, including any higher age required in your country, and be legally permitted to use the applicable Services. If you manage a server, you must have the authority to install and configure the bot. Do not use the Services if doing so would violate applicable law or platform rules.

3. What ChichBot provides

Depending on deployment, settings, permissions, and availability, features may include community onboarding, server information, moderation and anti-spam, tickets, XP and levels, FarmCoins and a virtual shop, minigames, events, reminders, polls, giveaways, Discord–Minecraft account linking, and ChichControl administrative tools. Not every feature is available or enabled in every server. Optional Minecraft bridge and AI features are not required for core bot operation and must be clearly activated before use.

We may add, modify, temporarily disable, or discontinue features for security, reliability, platform compliance, or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where appropriate.

4. Server owners and administrators

Server owners and authorized administrators control many server-specific settings, including enabled modules, permissions, moderation rules, record-retention options, and which staff members may access tickets or reports. They are responsible for using these capabilities lawfully, notifying members where required, and granting staff only the access needed for their responsibilities.

ChichControl access is granted according to verified Discord authorization and server-specific role permissions. Access to one server never authorizes you to access another server's information. Administrator actions, especially moderation, economy adjustments, announcements, and automation publishing, may be logged for security and accountability.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to harass, threaten, discriminate against, deceive, impersonate, or exploit others; distribute malware or unlawful material; access information or features without authorization; bypass permissions, cooldowns, rate limits, verification, or account-linking controls; manipulate XP, FarmCoins, games, giveaways, or leaderboards; submit fraudulent reports; or interfere with the bot, dashboard, Discord, Minecraft servers, or other users. Automated abuse, spam, scraping, and attempts to extract credentials or private data are prohibited.

6. Moderation, reports, and support tickets

ChichBot may assist authorized server staff with warnings, timeouts, bans, filtering, ticket handling, evidence review, and appeals. Some actions can be triggered by configured automated rules. Server staff retain responsibility for their community decisions. Automated detection can be imperfect; where an appeal or review process is available, you may request human review through the published server support channel.

Information submitted in tickets, player reports, staff applications, or appeals may be visible to staff members authorized for the relevant case. Do not submit passwords, payment information, medical details, or other highly sensitive information unless an explicitly supported and secure process requires it.

7. XP, FarmCoins, games, and giveaways

XP, achievements, ranks, FarmCoins, virtual inventory, and game scores are digital community features. FarmCoins are not money, have no cash or cryptocurrency value, are not transferable for real-world value, and cannot be redeemed for money. Virtual balances, rewards, or rankings may be corrected if generated through bugs, abuse, or unauthorized activity. There is no guaranteed ownership or continued availability of virtual items.

Games are for entertainment. Any chance-based game must operate only under the enabled, lawful, virtual-only rules; no real-money wagering is offered. Giveaways, if offered, will have separate eligibility, prize, duration, and selection rules. No purchase is required to enter a community giveaway unless a separate lawful promotion expressly says otherwise.

8. Minecraft account connections

Optional Discord–Minecraft account linking requires verification that you control the relevant Minecraft account. Linked identifiers may support verified roles, permitted server events, and community achievements. Linking can be removed through the supported unlink process or by contacting support. Some Minecraft integrations depend on third-party server availability and may be temporarily unavailable.

9. Optional AI functionality

AI-assisted features, if introduced, must be identified and enabled separately, with the relevant privacy information presented before use. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate and must not replace human judgment, particularly in moderation or safety-sensitive matters. Do not enter secrets or highly sensitive personal data into an AI feature.

10. Content and intellectual property

You retain applicable rights to content you submit. You give the operator only the limited permission necessary to process, display, transmit, and retain your submissions to deliver the features you request or that are legitimately enabled for the server, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. This does not grant permission to sell Discord API data or to use message content to train AI models contrary to Discord's rules.

ChichBot, ChichControl, original branding, interface designs, and code are owned by their respective creators or licensors. Third-party names, assets, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Privacy and security

Personal data is handled as described in the ChichBot Privacy Policy, available at our Privacy Policy. We implement security controls appropriate to the Services, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to [SECURITY CONTACT]. Do not publicly disclose credentials or exploit vulnerabilities.

12. Suspension or removal

We may restrict access or disable features where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, violations of these Terms, or platform requirements. Discord server owners may also remove the bot or revoke staff permissions. Data deletion following removal is governed by the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and Discord's developer requirements.

13. Availability, warranties, and liability

The Services are provided on an as-available basis. Outages, platform API changes, hosting issues, bugs, and third-party integration failures may affect functionality. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims warranties not expressly required by law and is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by use or unavailability of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer and data-protection rights.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in features, law, security, or platform requirements. The current version will state its effective date. Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain agreement before material changes take effect. Continued use after a valid update may constitute acceptance to the extent legally permitted.

15. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, subject to any mandatory protections available to you in your country of residence. Questions, complaints, and legal notices may be sent to svetoslavevgenev123@gmail.com. Privacy requests should follow the Privacy Policy.
